The company EVAL DOO is dedicated to processing
truffles and producing a variety of

After years of raising and training dogs,
as well as digging for and searching for truffles,
we decided to turn this into our personal brand and
launch this family business, utilizing the
uniqueness of this product and bringing it to
our market.
The products are considered local,
as the truffles we will distribute come from the Macedonian
region. The combination of flavors we offer
is specific, rich, and aligned with the highly-ranked
European cuisines, yet accessible to anyone
