Truffles are mushrooms that grow underground at a depth of 10 to 30 cm, making them difficult to find in
nature. Truffles must be dug up by professionals, and the method of extracting them from the soil
must be precise and careful. From the very beginning, during the harvesting process, each truffle intended for sale
undergoes very strict checks regarding all aesthetic and quality parameters, ensuring a
